Sarah Hatter, Founder and CEO
Sarah started CoSupport to teach small app teams how to have amazing customer experiences. In her time as a support guru she’s done it all: from email support to writing help docs, manning Twitter and apologizing for downtime, even training in PCI-compliance and calling credit card companies to dispute disputes. Her passion for training everyone in excellent customer support is contagious! Sarah’s first job was answering phones a call center for people who bought crap on TV. David Hatter, Biz Guy
David is the very serious business man behind CoSupport. An Afghan War veteran (USAF), David actually went to school to run businesses, so listen to him, ok? Jason Rehmus
Jason is good with words and great with people and he’s spent his entire career working hard to make customers happy. Working mostly behind the scenes, he explains processes better than anyone and listens carefully when customers have questions or concerns. He is skilled at making people smile even when he brings them bad news. Jason’s customers know he cares.>
